I ordered a book from here that was scheduled to be shipped and delivered in 1-5 business days, however its been 10 days and is still being processed (hasn't even left the store). I called and was told to called back during business hours the next day, which is understandable, but i didn't receive any explanation of how to processed with how to get this resolved. AND before i could ask any questions i was hung up on. Never again!
It has been over three weeks since my book was ordered and it has just now arrived at a USPS facility for shipment. I still have no idea when it will actually arrive.
This seller is horrible. They don’t respond to customers and charge a “restocking fee” for returns. My book has been delayed and I don’t expect to even get it in the mail, this business seems like a scam.

Ordered a AutoCAD COMPREHENSIVE book that was damaged from inadequate shipping package. The return cost $26.00. Book price was $135.00. FirstClassBooks is a bad place to purchase books from.
