The lady that answered the phone each time i called acted like it was a chore to do her job and help me. Besides that the whole system is complicated and is a huge waste of time. Do not expect straightforward service. WORST COLLEGE BOOKSTORE EXPERIENCE EVER.

If the book is unavailable at the bookstore, we should not be able to select it to purchase on the website. It's frustrating to find out we could purchase elsewhere for a cheaper price but are tricked into buying the books here. This should be implemented FAST. After realizing the used books weren't available, classes had already begun. Therefore, returning to purchase elsewhere, then having to wait longer, would have put students, behind on their coursework. I strongly suggest the website shows accuracy, so we are free to choose where to purchase our books.

Ordered books online for a web course. Drove thirty minutes in the rain the next day to find no parking on the campus without a parking sticker. Lots of empty spaces but none for visitors. One tiny visitor lot was full. The road to the visitors parking deck was closed so I have no idea if the deck was full. I only know I could not park anywhere near the bookstore or even on the campus. I finally parked across University Avenue in a partially abandoned strip mall parking lot and walked about a half mile or so to the bookstore only to be told I had to wait two more days to get the books I purchased online the day before. They allowed me to cancel my online order and pay for the books again in order to take the books home that day so I will offer two stars for that. Of course, they did not have all the books in stock. I went back on their web site to check where I might have missed the information about how long it would take to fill the order. It turns out I didn't miss anything. There was no information about a three day waiting period. Nothing on the web site and nothing on my sales receipt. I will try harder not to buy books of any sort here in the future. There are other options. I will even pay more to not have to endure the frustrations that accompany any visit to that campus.

The one guy had a nasty attitude even when I was nice at first. After him not understanding, I end up getting an attitude back. People need to have a better positive attitude in their workplace.

Mrs. Brenda the store manager is the best and very professional and helpful. This is by far the best bookstore I have ever used and I will give them all my future business. They have went above and beyond and I am very thankful for all their help. If u have not used them I suggest you do! 1 would give 6 stars because I believe that they are that good!
