University of Detroit Mercy Law Spirit Store

Everyone that I talked to on the phone was super kind and helpful, but the return and shipping policy is terrible. I ordered a hoodie on the 15th of December from them. On the 17th at 9:26am I had missed a call from the store stating that the hoodie I had ordered (law hoodie) had the same sku as another hoodie (dentistry). At 9:45am on the same day, I had received an email saying my order had shipped. It arrived shortly after, and it ended up being the dentistry hoodie, which is not what I ordered. I reordered the law hoodie and started the process of returning the dentistry hoodie, however it stated for any returns that I would have to pay shipping costs. I called the store to double check this, as this was not a mistake in ordering on my end. They confirmed I would have to pay shipping costs if I wanted it returned. It’s a bit ridiculous to have a customer pay to return the item when it was entirely on the store and the sku for the order to be wrong.
