One of my go to places for books such as beautiful store .My kids enjoy the children’s book section and small play area love that they have Melissa and Doug toys as well lots to choose from .

The book I wanted was out of stock. When I asked the cashier for help, I was told that I had to wait for someone to help because she couldn’t leave the counter. I said that she didn’t need to go anywhere, I just wanted to know if the book was in stock. Nope. Had to wait.nThe CSR who arrived told me there was one copy available in Lakeshore. Too far for me to go. When I asked if it could be ordered, I was given an emphatic no. I had to go online and do it.nAbsolutely NO help offered!nI called the store. The manager said that they no longer do orders at the counter because they had a cyber attack.nNow, here’s my question – if I enter my info or they do it, is my info in the database?nNo one even offered to transfer the book from the Lakeshore store!nSHAMEFUL! SHAMEFUL! SHAMEFUL!nI’ll stick to my local independent book shop!

I have been coming here quite often even before the new year started. It’s my go to place now that I am getting back into reading. Since I want to start this year with their Reading Challenge, I guess this is just the perfect place to buy or even order it online. Though I prefer the pick up so I can go around and browse more of their latest or anything that I could have missed. This bookstore always gives me a comfy feeling surrounded with the sight and smell of books (and many more items that everyone will surely love to purchase), the layout of the place is brightly spacious for me, the staffs that have assisted me were very warm and friendly, always have that bright smile as you enter the store..I will be coming again soon as I have a couple of books to pick up! See you!
