Startin to turn me off & piss me off. Dealin with the online bookstore for years gettin ma Skullcandy earbuds. Good for the most part, but then again I had one pair just stop working all together not long ago after simply bumping into something. Now I’ve been sitting here for 10 days wondering where my all black set is that I ordered, call the store they say it’s been cancelled tho I received no confirmation on it. Why say it’s in stock then? I don’t like my time wasted. They’re real up and down

Awesome store with awesome people, went here to sell some textbooks and was welcomed with open arms even though I didn't go to this university unlike Forsyth Tech that fully rejected me because I was CURRENTLY enrolled at the college even though I had graduated there only a few years ago. Just goes to show the difference between Forsyth Tech and Wake Forest. Thank you.

What a beautiful campus. Wake Forest, while only built in the 50’s has the classic design of a university campus many years older. Lot’s of green space only adds to this campus’s appeal. I had a great visit and multiple bookstore locations on campus offer ample opportunities for a visitor to pick up a souvenir. I fell in love with the architecture of the buildings and the layout of the central quad.

My order arrived incomplete and after 10 days, many phone calls and 3 emails I was not able to get in touch with anyone. Pretty embarrassing.

Went in to purchase some sale schools supplies after finals and the guy at the register was not very helpful and a little rude. He was on his phone and kept checking it while ringing me up. I also asked about the 50% off sale for the school supplies because my items didn't ring up on sale and then he said they did ring up on sale but the receipt didn't indicate that and they rang up at the full price that was listed next to the barcode on the shelves. It's fine if they weren't on sale but he had terrible customer service and was more interested in his phone.
