horrible customer service they dont even know what theyre looking for when you ask for a book. they all have an attitude and very unprofessional. one was spraying lysol talking about a student, claiming they stunk up the store. she did this in front of multiple customers. Hire new people please.

I highly recommend the STCC book store. The staff provides excellent customer service my online order was quickly prepared within a few days. They have a great selection of school spirit gear, although I hope they restock the sweatpants soon as there have been only three pairs available since last year.

Ive been to other schools and this bookstore has been been the worst I've dealt with. Don't know what they are doing and try to blame you for their wrong-doing and just completely and utterly rude! If I wasn't already signed up for classes and didnt already like my professors, I would have left already.

Unfortunately, my experience with the campus bookstore has been consistently frustrating. Several employees are often rude and lack patience when assisting students. Recently, the store has also fallen behind on organizing required kits and materials, which has made it difficult for students to obtain what they need for class.nnIn addition, incomplete materials kits are being placed on the sales floor and sold without clearly informing students that items are missing. This has caused unnecessary confusion, extra expenses, and delays for students who rely on these kits to keep up with coursework.nnI did reach out and formally filed a complaint regarding the disorganization and the sale of incomplete kits; however, it felt as though my concerns were not truly heard or addressed. I am also not the only student who has experienced these issues, which suggests this is an ongoing problem.nnImproved organization, clearer communication, and better customer service would greatly improve the bookstore experience for students.

Every time I’ve gone into this bookstore, I’ve been met with rudeness. Even when I’ve called, I’ve been treated the same way, most recently, the person on the phone literally hung up on me without saying a word. As a student, this should be a place where you feel welcome and supported, but instead it feels like you’re bothering them just by existing. Very disappointing experience, especially from a campus resource that’s supposed to be here to help students.
