I called around 10:00 AM on April 20th and spoke with a staff member regarding graduation information, specifically about the cap and gown. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide any details and did not seem interested in finding the information or directing me to someone who could help. The interaction felt dismissive, as though my questions were an inconvenience.nnThis experience, combined with the bookstore’s overall lack of communication, has been frustrating. When communication states “if you have any questions, email the bookstore,” it gives the impression that support is available, but that has not been my experience.nnI would appreciate clearer guidance on how to obtain accurate information about graduation requirements, as well as improved responsiveness moving forward.
Anything you need for all things Springfield College. Great experience all around.
Love my alma mater! A place where everyone smiles and says hello!
Beautiful campus. The 50m swimming pool is awesome. One minor issue is that the gps address for the pool guided us to the other corner of the street.
SC has the best family community a college could offer! Even 36 yrs after graduating! It was great to be back!
