I encountered some challenges with the recent computer orders I placed. Initially, I found out that my initial order had been cancelled due to a discrepancy between the information in my online account and the company's system. Subsequently, after reordering, I opted for expedited shipping with the expectation of receiving the item within 2-3 business days. Regrettably, it has been three days since the second order, and I have yet to receive the computer. Based on this experience, I would recommend caution when purchasing electronics from this supplier, particularly for time-sensitive needs.nnI finally received my computer about 2 1/2 weeks later. The people in the bookstore were very professional I must say. They were also patient with me. I appreciated that because I was very upset.
I've used them for all of my online textbook orders for school. Never had any issues.
