Grand Rapids CC Bookstore

I called them ahead of time telling them I would be here by the end of the week to return my books. They didn’t tell me they were closing on Friday so now they are charging my account for the books I came to return today. They are saying that they won’t give me a refund for them. Communication is horrible and staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful!

Charged me almost 300$ when it was supposed to be free and they made me wait forever so they can continue flirting with each other and then had no idea how to do there job it’s so sad how bad the school is

The staff were very kind and helpful. As soon as I entered, they approached me to offer help finding my books. The purchase went smooth, even with me forgetting my college ID at home. I wish the hours were a bit more extended, so full-time workers from out of town could make it up there without speeding. 🙂

When I say the store manager Colleen was so great! She really went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so much. The product I needed was out of stock and she worked magic for me so I could order it. and what was so shocking this was all through email because they were super busy you could not even call. thank you sooooo much again.

The staff are sideways very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean when I go in, and other than the checkout area, it is well organized. The check out area has what I believe to be a partition created out of merchandising units that make getting to the registers a little tricky. But it could just be that I start at the wrong end, I'm not sure, the whole thing is confusing. But overall, always a pleasant experience picking up books and other school necessities.
