Books-A-Million

This was my first visit to Books-A-Million in Concord Mills. From what I could see, it’s a clean store with a wonderful selection of books. Because it’s nearly Christmas there were lots of gift ideas. Before leaving, I glanced over at one of the cashiers as I peeked at the front of the store near the checkout area, and this employee was friendly with everyone that approached his register to checkout—it’s the kind of thing I look for as a Google Guide, and it impressed me.nnHappy Exploring 📍nnJosephine Local Guide

Great selection of books, games, blind boxes and more. Adyn checked me out and was very nice. He recommended a book series to me just based off blind boxes I got. Which I want to look into now. Very polite and knowledgeable, though I did decline the rewards because I do not live here. He did his best to inform me of the saving and get me to join, and wasn't pushy about it. Great experience, commend Adyn.

Happy to see that BAM is still around and still offering a wide selection of books. This location in particular has a huge manga library and lots of interesting books I haven't seen anywhere else. Very well lit and clean store as well. Highly recommend.

I remember, way back in the day, when Book-a-million was the place to go for fun, affordable books. I always knew I could go there and find a great, unique book as a gift for special occasions without spending a fortune. Well, they still have a huge selection of unique and fun books, but they may as well be Barnes & Noble now because their prices are just as high. Or at least the ones in this store are. There were a couple of tables with discounted books and that was it. Very disappointing.
