If you happened to have visited the previous Barnes and Noble on Rochester rd. you'll recall the shear size of it, this one isn't quite as vast, however they did manage to use every square inch of space to make it seem as if they didn't loose a single book in the move. The set up is quite the maze, twists and turns, shelves and walls everywhere, trying to find a specific book is a daunting task. The shear volume of inventory is amazing. Fortunately the staff is constantly neandering about and happy to guide you in the right direction. I do miss the center customer service desk from the old store but I'm sure it was a space issue. Luckily they were able to include the Cafe if a coffee or snack attack should arise. All in all despite the size constraints and the maze type feel it is a great bookstore jam packed with books, magazines, journals, toys, puzzles and more.

I love this Barnes and Noble. Modern look. We go to Picano's Italian Grill for Dinner, then Bookstore followed by movie at emagine theater. Great evening. Barnes and Noble has a little Starbucks so coffee and dessert while looking at latest books.

I stopped in today around 4:35 PM on March 5th with my 11-year-old daughter, who has recently become very excited about collecting Pokémon cards.nnUnfortunately, our experience at the register was disappointing. The woman working the desk was rude, condescending, and dismissive. When I asked about Pokémon cards, she stated they didn’t have any — even though the product was clearly visible in the brown box on the floor.nnMy daughter then asked for two single One Piece packs, and the employee very abruptly stated there was a limit of one per person and that the store can change limits at their discretion at any time. She even said “there’s nothing you can do about it,” referencing the policy.nnI completely understand and respect store policies and limits on trading cards. However, if limits exist, they should be clearly posted so customers are aware before approaching the register.nnPolicies are one thing, but how customers are spoken to matters. The tone used was unnecessarily disrespectful, especially toward a child who was simply excited about buying trading cards.nnFor reference, the employee was a very tall European woman wearing a flannel shirt. I’m not sure if she is a manager, but I hope the store reminds staff to communicate policies respectfully and professionally.nnBarnes & Noble is usually a great place to visit, which made this interaction particularly disappointing.

It’s such a lovely place here! I absolutely adore the atmosphere. The employees are always incredibly kind and helpful. There are needohs and coloring books available, and my favorite is the coloring book. You should definitely give this place a 5-star review. They truly deserve it!

Clean, friendly staff, nice selection. Only negative is the Starbucks isn’t actually a Starbucks- they don’t take just cards or points and the cake pop was totally different and not good. The cheesecake was delicious though.
