Stopped into Barnes & Noble for a little window shopping with the Mr. — no purchases this time, but still a really enjoyable visit. The store was quiet and welcoming, and the staff was very kind and helpful when we had questions.nnWe were looking for books by Donald Goines and ended up browsing some fascinating local history titles. It’s always nice to see how well-curated and organized their sections are.nnIf you're in the area and want a peaceful place to browse (or even just sit and read for a while), this location is worth the stop!
I had a very unpleasant experience today. The lady at the register on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 11:02 was extremely rude and not customer service oriented at all.nnIf someone is not comfortable interacting with customers, placing them at the register sets both them and the customers up for a negative experience.nnIt may be worth considering assigning her to a different role, such as stocking, rather than a customer-facing position.
The atmosphere of his page is so different from the other B&N in the area.nnIt's welcoming and open. Bright and airy. The staff is kind and knowledgeable about recommendations.nnThe storytime is nice for younger kids and the craft occupies the kids in the store but it can go in the trash when we get home so there's no junk cluttering up my house.nnI love this store!
A great book store. Just when one enters the store, all the best selling books are well organized and presented to you. One can find almost all the books here. The ambience is great and well set for the readers. Star bucks is an Ad-on that one cannot miss.
Excellent Barnes and Noble! It looks so different from other Barnes and Nobles on the inside. There is a small area for BookTok books, an area for LGBTQ+ books, and just so many books I've never seen before at other bookstores or Barnes and Noble stores. The magazine selection is very slim, but other items such as the LEGO selection is incredibly large with many sets I've never seen anywhere. So much to choose from, it almost doesn't seem like a Barnes and Noble. I was so happy to see a section devoted to Autism Awareness Month, as I'm autistic, I feel there isn't much education available, so when I saw that section, it really made me feel good. There are very few handicap parking spaces around, but ample parking in the lot. This location is very wonderful and very inclusive of others.
