I was very pleased with the service. I wish I could tell you the clerks name but she was outstanding at making sure I was taken care of. Thank you
Paid a good portion extra for using financial aid just to get handed amazon packages
Gave me my textbook order even though it was before they had opened! They didn’t want me to wait, and I got to work on time 🙂
Went in, gave them my order number, got my order. Took at most 2 minutes.
I received the notification that my order arrived, and drove (90 min round trip) to pick up the books, but when I got there only one of the books was available. It would have been great if the notification had specified that it was not the full order. Now I will have to make the trip again when the rest of the books arrive. This was a waste of my time. Please specify in your notifications when it is a partial order instead of a complete order.
