An amazing book store, chock full of well-priced and highly curated books. The fiction section was eclectic without being filled with junk. There were so many best sellers and award winning literary fiction from the last 30 years, including works from Scandanavia, the UK, and elsewhere.nnOverall, an extemely spacious store – there is other media (DVDs, some manga) and some more items as wellnnValley Wild Books is the type of place to spend a lazy Sunday, and you'll be sure to leave with an armful of books – we did!nnAlso – there hours are really great; being open until 7 is awesome!

My favorite kind of bookstore — everything from vintage gems to like-new bestsellers. I’ve gotten so many books here in fantastic condition to give as gifts, and found so many interesting long-out-of-print oddities and treasures to add to my shelves. Prices are reasonable to straight-up cheap. Great selection of kids books, tons of DVDs and CDs, puzzles, old comic books, cookbooks, horror, sci-fi, fiction. The owner, Andrew, is the nicest guy, and will give store credit for books you bring in (if they are good ones! No Reader’s Digest!). They also know what titles they have in the store so you can call ahead and pick it up. Also a solid no-frills subs and pizza shop next door — so get your book, and a calzone too! Record store in next strip mall over. Street parking is mostly across the street but there are always spots around and you can usually park out front.

Fell in love with this gem of a place. SO many books ! Everything is organized and reasonably priced. Found everything we were looking for and more. We spent a lot of time in the kids area. Saving to my favorite places and planning to be back soon!

Awesome selection of sci-fi, and fantasy. Tons of mass market paperbacks. Also the literature section was immense and had a lot of variety. The place was well organized by section too.

Great prices, friendly employees, wish this existed when I was growing up in Acton. They've got complimentary coffee and tea in the back too. Organized well enough I can find what I need while having a wide/eclectic enough selection to stumble on some fun surprises.
