This bookstore was a great find! The employees were helpful and the store is chock full of a good selection of used books. There are some new selections as well, but the real focus are the used titles. Make sure when you go, you have ample time to browse because you’ll want it!

Under Charlie's covers has been a staple in the used book Marketplace in New Mexico for a couple of decades and I've been going there since they opened their first store in Bernalillo and Lara is always very helpful staff working for her. She always has a great selection of books on New Mexico on religious and philosophy studies and nonfiction and fiction and a huge selection of kids books. And her pricing is extremely affordable better than the internet and you deal with great people and you keep your dollars local. Stop by her shop talk to Lara and let her know that you really appreciate her being in business.

We’re on a vacation in the area and saw this little book store on the map, so we decided to stop by and shop local. They have a huge selection of used books, literally floor to ceiling, and even have a really nice selection of new and trending books, both hardcover and paperback.
