We ordered a manual on October 27, 2025 and the charge was posted to our credit card on October 28, 2025. We never received the repair manual. I reached out to the company via phone (no answer) and email (no reply). This morning I reported it to the credit card company as possible fraud. Beware consumers!! ******In answer to the company statement: The reply from this company is the same as the others he replied to that had complaints…….it's always I sent it. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PDF file or anything from this company!!!! They were sure quick to charge our credit card company. We have filed a fraud case and the credit card company is investigating.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this store. The seller sent a virus along with the files, after that he stopped communicating, I had to make a refund through PayPal support. I do not recommend working with them.
Terrible service.nI bought a file and they sent me something completely different from what was stated in the description and on the screenshot. The seller refused to return the money and was very rude. I definitely do not recommend

I purchased the file a couple years ago and got a new computer. I sent an email asking for the link to be resent so I could download and was denied even thou I already purchased and provided proof. Just seems like cheap bad business move to me. I've purchased numerous manuals thru them. I wouldn't use them again on that principle alone. Not customer driven, only by greed. Shame on you….
