The Book Loft

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐nnHaving The Book Loft right next to Final Girl is absolutely genius! As someone who loves to read, it’s basically my perfect combo…. books, wine, and a little horror all in one spot. Whether you’re looking to curl up with a new read or just hang out and socialize, it’s such a fun and unique setup.nnI really enjoyed browsing the shelves. They had a great selection of books, from new releases to classics, so there was something for every type of reader. Definitely a place I could spend way too much time (and money) in!

Absolutely adorable little bookshop and my kids loved exploring the upstairs ( and also the fantastic kids selection). Lots of great new books and some really cool used ones!

Cool collection of old books upstairs; board games & newer stuff downstairs. The Hans Christian Andersen museum was a nice touch too.

As a lifetime local of Santa Barbara, we grew up on another local bookstore. This place The Book Loft gives the same vibes of this SB bookstore but ORGANIZED! The children’s section is a blessing, it’s organized by type and genre. Which as a mom with two kids with vastly different age ranges finding books I need without spending all day is wonderful! The picture books were super easy to find and pick from while the board books for littles were easily accessible for my toddler to look at on the shelves at her own eye level and choose from. The store owner Donna is friendly and knowledgeable. The bonus frequent buyer points program is an added bonus too. We will definitely be spending more time here now that we live in the valley. What a fun gem to have!

Fantastic selection, well-organized, very happy and uplifting bookstore. Great postcards and knickknacks as well as books!!
