Queen Takes Book

A fantastic independent bookstore. It was a wonderful experience walking around the small but delightfully curated collection of books. The owner was welcoming and very helpful. I went in for 1 book and came out with 3 books – the best kind of bookshop trip!

A great bookstore! The staff is friendly, and they always have a nice variety of genres. I love romance books, and they have a great selection! They also have a section to display recent releases, so I love being able to quickly grab what I need on release day!nnIf you're looking for a great local bookstore, definitely check them out!

An absolutely lovely little shop! I'm so excited Columbia finally has an indie bookstore. Great selection, love the decor, they host local events, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They've built a wonderful community here.

I had a great time at this book store. I found a great book, my husband found one and there were plenty of choices for kids/teens as well. I am looking forward to coming back for an event. It was such a pretty space! Great to visit on a gloomy day for a pick me up.

The staff curates their book collection. What a freaking joy. There were so so many authors I never expected to encounter in the wild, and they were there. I frolicked. It was difficult not to. Not sure they appreciated my loud extroverted frolicking, but I did feel welcomed. Plus, they held a book for me that I called in for. Thanks, y'all. You run an excellent shop. Gift options were also lovely. Oh! And I dislike scented candles – their choices smelled delightful. Nearly bought one, but I hadn't had it in the budget. Definitely would have gotten 2+, otherwise. Good job, guys!!
