Pueblo Community College Bookstore

I have been here a few times myself and they were usually quite rude and unhelpful. When i asked questions about how financial aid worked with supplies they were rude and dismissive even though they were able to give me the answer. And as a workstudy I've had to call them and help students get supplies and they're often even ruder over call. They don't put any effort into answering students questions and just send them away to a different department even if it's not where they need to go.

Clean and pretty organized. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to see better communication between the classes and the bookstore. Went to pick up an assigned book, and was told the professor would inform us what we needed on day one. Should all be available before classes start.

I have never had a good experience with this bookstore. Everybody is very rude here. No one answers the phone even when the store is not busy. I have been calling the bookstore for two days now to try and figure out how to return some books. No one answers so Tuesday morning I decided I was going to just go ahead and go down there and figure out how to return books nobody was helpful at all down there they wrote down my information and I still have yet to receive anything no callback no information. Nothing you can’t call down there because nobody answer. I do not like the bookstore whatsoever

Will not be going back in there if I don’t have to the lady with the purple hair was so rude . I would understand if others were being rude back but to do it unnecessarily is crazy she was unhelpful and just obnoxious.

Really great people working here. They care about the students, and will do what they can to help. Always helpful, and always happy.nI wish I could add 1,000 more stars!
