No one answers the phone making it difficult for virtual students that live over an hour away to ask questions about books and other things. No information/receipt emailed after order was placed. I paid extra for the 2 day shipping and cannot find any information on my order; a classmate said that they went to the physical location and was told that the books were on back order so even though I ordered days ago I don’t know if they were mailed. I have never seen people at a place of higher education so lackadaisical with people’s hard earned money and time they are using to get books. The bookstore does not have convenient hours so I would have to take off work to drive up to ask about my order. I think if I had known this first I would’ve looked at another school. I like for the whole institution to be available and convenient for me any this bookstore is obviously not.
Great service, very nice people and quick check-out. If you’re a student in need of a quick snack this is the place to go!
CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very helpful staff. Needing more campus logo'd materials.
