I recently visited Pine Books, which was previously known as Lion Heart Books, and had a pretty pleasant experience. The store is well-organized and has a great selection, ranging from poetry, philosophy, history, children's books, and much more. It's the perfect place to explore if you're in Pike Place Market and looking to browse or purchase literature.nnThe staff was helpful when I asked about finding specific books, though I did notice they didn't have everything I was looking for. That said, it's always nice to discover new titles while wandering around a place like that. The bookstore itself is clean and welcoming, making it a comfortable spot to spend some time.nnIf you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by to check out their collection!
This is a gorgeous little bookshop technically on the 4th floor of pike place, which has friendly staff and an adorable cavalier King Charles dog who sits adorably in the front, and lets you pet him. Highly recommend a visit!
Another pretty and cute bookstore like others. It was cute, had book selections and nice book store but it wasn’t that I was looking for.
Friendly and very knowledgeable. Great selection of Frankenstein and Dracula novels. I bought the wife a fancy edition of phantom of the opera.nWe spent the morning walking to all the book stores in pike place, this was the stop we came back to for 2 separate purchases.
Hours of operation are 10am – 5:30pm Fridays. I arrived at 5:15pm and the doors are locked, closed sign on the door. Super annoying and poor business practice! Not sure if the blonde lady sitting on a stool behind the counter is an associate, manager or owner but someone should adjust the hours of operation if google isn’t accurate.
