My friend informed me about this establishment and I decided to stop by a few weeks ago. The owner, Phillip, is very nice and informations. He has been in this location 3 years but open for 12 yearsnnThey have an area reading etc. This store has everything for those who collect records etc. I highly recommend visiting this establishment.

It’s an amazing store with a lot of records, comics, manga, and graphic novels. There is a large selection of everything under the sun. Definitely would recommend for those looking within those categories. Definitely worth the visit.

Phillip runs paradise at OffBeat. Art, comics, vinyl, tapes, CDs, live events, clubs, pop-ups, amazing Record Store Days. He custom orders too & has helped me track down multiple grails. Offbeat fosters community, delight, and joy.

Very fresh and fun place to visit and go hunting for books. Great books and fun finds. Every collector should swing by when in the area. Records, toys and comic books to dig through. Easy to spend a few hours there listening to good music book and read some good books , check out some toys or better yet good old fashion LP's.

stopped by for rsd and they were out of the vinyl i wanted, but i still looked around anyways. nice setup with vinyls, comics and other things, but was not acknowledged by any staff while entering or leaving. this wasn’t early in the day, where it would’ve been packed, and excusable, but early afternoon, so this did not leave a good impression. i expect this sometimes from white record stores, but it was disappointing that it happened at a black-owned one. i might return one day in the future if my travels allow.
