The staff members of the Alexandria Campus Bookstore were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with me getting my course textbooks and navigating the NOVA All Access program. I will definitely use the Alexandria Campus Bookstore in the future for purchasing my textbooks and other course materials.

Hourly parking nearby, so it’s great because I go to school in NC. People were friendly.nnI came in for a notebook. Found a nice Kate Spade one on sell. $13 usually $20.nnAlso bought a hydroflask on sale $20, usually $50. Starbucks is inside.nnI have zero knowledge of textbooks. I just looked up bookstores and found this one. It’s a Barnes and Noble.

I was completely confused on how to access the required materials that I need for this semester. They have updated a few things and I just did not know how to access the materials I need for purchase, but Natalie was truly a great help with navigating the bookstore website, helping me purchase the materials I need in time for the semester. She is truly amazing and if anyone needs help, Natalie will do you justice. Thank you again Natalie ☺️

I went there to ask for some milk for my tea and presented my cup. They charged me $3.13 for milk. That should have been sitting on the condiments table. I just want to say shame on you Starbucks for charging students for additional milk and shame on you for having prices that are higher within a college campus than anywhere else.

First time dealing with a bookstore, I tried to return a product I bought a few weeks ago, first the lady in the store was uncooperative, she asked me when exactly the course started, I told her don't you have a way to access information about the product, she said no you have to give me exactly when, after 5 minutes of trying to access my nvcc which failed. Finally she asked me for my phone number and started searching, so she had access to the information from the beginning why is she asking me to give her the information. Then she told me we can't accept the product because you have opted out from nova all access.
