Why would they close at 3 everyday and not have no late day they are open that’s ridiculous
Took my niece for her PSAT. Nice clean rooms, parking accessible and helpful staff.
I have always had friendly service from the staff. It is much more convenient to get my supplies for classes from the campus bookstore than trying outside sources. The rental program is easy to check in and out, and even the used books are in better condition than I expected!nThe one thing I would suggest for improvement is: better instructions for working with financial aid. Although that may be more of an issue with the FA office after all.
I was extremely surprised on how clean they keep the bathrooms!
Didn't contact or cancel me about my book rental being out of stock. I had to call up there. When I get I there no one greeted me. I went to the book order counter the black lady didn't look at her computer and gave me an attitude. She didn't greet me either. Then the guy I had to deal with acted like he didn't care. This is the second time I've got a bad customer from this place. These people who work here need to work on their customer service skills. They are terrible. The prices are too high also.
