Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center

Love coming here. My Mom, daughter and I love the prices and the items we find at this particular store. The staff however has gone downhill since we started shopping here. Destiny is extremely rude she will follow you around the store and try to say things like slipping on a jacket is against their policy and they have a 14 day exchange policy to prevent people from trying on clothes in the store. Then she pleasantly added “we are tired of putting stuff back when people try them on and leave them all over the store”. In addition, this “policy” of not “trying on clothes” is nowhere posted in the store, so unbeknown to us.nnThis incident isn’t something that would prevent us from shopping here as the other staff is extremely pleasant showing us items we didn’t see and telling us what a deal we got. Like Ashley when she rang us up was absolutely a pleasant, and there is a manager here who is wonderful conversation and sweet as pie, and we don’t necessarily know her name. This review is just feedback as we are frequently shopping at this store.

Very organized and all the clothes is color coordinated making it a smooth shopping experience. I've been to many thrift stores and this has to be one of the most organized, even though a bit small.

This goodwill is always clean, well stocked and has a friendly staff. I love going on blue tag days when every blue tag is $1.99.

I haven’t been here for a while. I came here and found some goodies on a weekend.nI found some nice dresses brand new and super reasonable prices. I would rather spend my money here than high priced department stores! Plus my red tag was half off too!

Didn't really care too much about this location it wasn't as nice as the one on Boulder it was kind of tacky inside and the manager wasn't very friendly or helping.
