FYE

Been trying to cancel the membership I was signed up for by an employee. Been getting charged $13.99 a month for the last 5 months. They conveniently cannot find my membership in store and the online customer service has been less than helpful. I have contacted the FTC to help handle the matter.nn**FYE customer service said I wouldn’t be charged again. I was charged again. Will be contacting the state attorney general due to the fraud being committed.

They've got tees, DVDs, collectibles, and more. Seems like an okay store with a variety of products. The pricing seemed too high on some items (looking at you, $10 bag of chips).

My daughter took a bag off the wall and wasn't even given a chance to look at it before it was taken by the employee there. Didn't ask if we had questions or anything at all. But clearly didn't like that we took it off the wall. We were the only customers in the entire store, so she had time to allow us to look. The presence of security and this reaction by the employee leads me to believe that shoplifting is a problem there. If you can't see the prices and they don't want people taking things down to look at them, there should be a sign at least. I don't think we will be going back to the Dayton mall.

Just like the review below mine I was asked to join their VIP rewards program. When I asked if it was free I was told yes. What a scam! Only the first month is free so it’s not completely free. Do NOT accept their rewards program unless you are wanting to remember to call and cancel. They will bill you every month with the card you used in the store to pay with your purchase

Fun experience. We went in to burn a cd (my boyfriend is old school) and had a good time. Associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice conversation. My fave FYE!!
