Picture the magical bookstore discovered by any 80s fantasy movie main character as they begin their quest and that's this store. Paperbacks $3, hardback $4, lots of used and out of print books, proceeds go towards library and community benefits. love!!
Well worth the trip to explore this little gem. They are open Thursdays and one Saturday per month. So check before you go. Friendly volunteers, and treasures to discover.
This is one of my favorite causes in Seattle. Nice people, great selection, plenty of parking, and easy to find.
Be aware they are not open all the time, today I went there and was told they were only open for a private teacher event. I'm a childcare teacher but that doesn't qualify.
Welcoming eclectic bookstore with indoor brick and full of all types of cool books, this is a vibrant community gathering space not to be missed.
