F.C. Ziegler Co. – Catholic Art & Gifts

Extremely helpful staff and beautiful inventory of diverse items.

Great store! A beautiful selection and such delicate items. I went to find First Communion gifts and they had several different options. Loved the staff. The woman working was very sweet 😊!

Stumbled upon this store after a Google search, had no idea there was still a Catholic gift store in town. They have an amazing selection, as well as attentive staff. No more ordering online, I’ll definitely be back!

Have used this store for years, and until recently thought very highly of them. They have gone down terribly. Selling clergy shirts for primarily 101.00 Dollars. They recommended I not buy the last of their Toomey shirts, saying they were no longer stocking them because of their poor quality. Then an extremely rude and unprofessional woman came up, 2 minutes until closing, as I was gathering my purchase and said, “Do you not know what time it is? Some of us have family we want to spend time with!” She made a childish and nasty face, like a petulant young girl. She was equally rude to another woman. I left without buying anything, leaving my hundred dollar shirts behind. Won’t be back.

(AFTER I POSTED THIS STATEMENT 29 July 2023 MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED THROUGH MANAGEMENT 02 August 2023. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY SHIRT EXCHANGED, THANK YOU FOR BEING HELPFUL AND HAVING A GREAT ATTITUDE. ) DISREGARD 👉🏽DO NOT BY A CLERY SHIRT FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DON'T TAKE THE SHIRTS BACK IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEM OR THEY ARE NOT YOUR SIZE!! THE CLERK SAID HE INFORMED OF ME OF THIS BUT HE DID NOT! ALL WE DID WAS MAKE A TRANSACTION OF THE SALE!nnI would have tried it on if I was asked, however I was never asked to try it on, and I asked to exchange the shirt, if I would have had to pay higher price for a larger shirt I would have paid extra for a larger size with the exchange.
