Capitol City Comics

Really enjoyed this comic book shop! Was like going back in time to the 90s! They have a great selection of reading material, cards and other collectibles. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. They also gave me a great deal on my walking dead compendium’s I bought, so I’m sure they would do the same for you.

Great experience at Capitol City Comics! I talked with the owner and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. He took the time to chat, answer questions, and genuinely made the visit enjoyable. You can tell he cares about what he does, and being a one-man show, the customer service was excellent.nnDefinitely worth stopping by and taking a look around this was a refreshing experience compared to some other stores.

I went inside, looking for some new comics and found a large selection of both graphic novels, new comic books, and collectibles. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for any of the sort. Whether it be DC, Marvel, or anything else this place has it.

Can't say enough positive things about this shop. Rob is a testament to what makes the hobby fun and enjoyable.nnI was in the area temporarily and was looking for some very specific comics. Rob didn't have them at the time but made every effort to run through his inventory at an off-site location, locating a few for me to take a look at. I feel that he went above and beyond in this. The biggest thing – his prices are extremely fair and we were able to make a very reasonable deal on a few comics I really needed for my personal collection.nnNot only that, but he's very knowledgeable and passionate about comics and loves what he does. It's a shame I don't live in the area – this would be a phenomenal local shop to patronize as often as the wallet would allow.

First visit ever and walked around store 3 times and realized there was a life size silver surfer! Loved the store and the guy working was very informative. Will be taking my kids back again soon!
