Brick & Mortar Books

I love perusing the shelves at Brick & Mortar Books! The store has a warm, cozy ambiance. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer a nice selection of books and a variety of other items such as greeting cards, games, puzzles, tea, candles, art supplies, stationery, fun novelty items, and more. I appreciate that they carry products from local PNW businesses. You can also get a loyalty stamp card where you earn $20 to spend in-store for every $200 you spend! They host many author events, along with genre-based book clubs, and fun summer reading challenges. I'm super grateful to have this independent bookstore near me! ❤️

This has been my local bookstore for the past few years and I love it. An employee greets me every time I come in and I've had some great conversations with them as well.nnExcellent selection, including lots of signed books and books by local authors. Authors come here pretty often for events too, and I've gotten to talk to at least one face to face!nnI've easily ordered books to the store when they weren't in stock. I enjoy the personalized recommendation slips from employees on the shelves too. I've also gotten other fun stuff like fountain pens, Baggu bags, and puzzles from here. The stamp system is great as well (though I have like 5 since I keep forgetting mine)

This indie bookstore was absolutely perfect. It had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with personalized book recommendations from the staff! The employees were very friendly and they even have a rewards card which is fun! This was my first time visiting but I will defintely be back for more! They had a wide selection of books, stickers, pens, journals, accessories etc. I also appreciated how clean and organized this bookstore was.

I LOVE THIS STORE! Best selection of young adult, teen and children's books around. I could see several of the books I've read stocked there, and new releases of my favorite ones. The staff are friendly and have good recommendations on books. There is also goodies like stickers or bookmarks and socks stocked at the counter. They have a stamp card too and participate in the indie book store event that happens in April and goes till May where you go around to all the indie stores and collector those stamps to get an even bigger one time discount at each location participating. Highly recommend bringing your kids and teens here. They even have their own mascot and book signings/readings from the authors. Did I mention it's local? Shop local guys! Support your community.
