The employees place sticker price tags all over the books. And if you’re lucky to get a book on sale there’s a good 4-5 price stickers on it. Big ones. Devalues the books, the authors, the illustrators, editors, publishers, and their work. Shame on you. Where’s your integrity? Your pride.

I’ve never really had a bad experience in this store. However today, I left church. Asked my husband to take me to Books A Million, needing a great mom devotional. While searching and reading in the quiet of the store I heard the female cashier up front who was already talking personal matters very loudly for the entire store to hear say with most confidence “Christianity is a scam”. As a consumer and a CSR I would highly recommend someone speak with the staff, specifically her. I would imagine staying neutral in your beliefs is most important when you’re selling to the general public. I was heart broken when she said that aloud. What if someone heartbroken, the verge of GIVING up at life was their seeking guidance and heard her speak those horrid words!

Literally everything that you could possibly want or need in a book store. They've got it all! And I carved out children's book area that my five year old loves. There are many times that I have found new books or magazines here before they hit the shelves in other stores. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only gripe I would have is that they push the BAM memberships very adamantly. It is good to have if you're planning on shopping there several times a year. But if you're only going a few times, you don't need it. A very clean and organized business and personally preferred over Barnes and Noble.

I can take some responsibility for the issue for not checking till later but still unacceptable on the stores part. Now I have an idea of how they can stay open in this day and age. Labeled book price different than checkout price is crazy.

I ordered and paid online. Had to go in and get book. Before I got to the counter I was taken astray by all the book displays. It was nice & clean. I bought more books and picked up my order. Customer service was great during the holidays here for me
