Shoots, This Place is the Real Deal!nnCame in yesterday with two Longs shopping carts stuffed with books — like, full-on loaded — and left with a huge smile on my face. The owner greeted me right away, super warm and aloha spirit all the way. No drama, no long wait. She got straight to work scanning everything, and when she was done, she shot me a text to let me know. Just like that — receipt in hand, quote for the whole stack. So easy, so smooth!nnWhile I was waiting, I took a little walk through the store and — auē! — found three awesome Lego gifts for my grandchildren. Stuff I knew they'd go crazy for. So in one shot, I cleared out space at home and picked up gifts for the keiki. That's what we call a win-win-win, brah!nnThe whole vibe was just effortless. Rolling carts from my car straight into the store — no struggle, no hassle. And my friend? He was sitting back, chilling in the massage chair right outside the shop the whole time. Talk about a chill outing!nnI was this close to just tossing everything at Goodwill. So glad I didn't. The staff's professionalism was next level, and the whole experience honestly exceeded my expectations. I'm already planning to come back with my DVDs and CDs. If you've got stuff collecting dust at home, bring 'em here first. You might leave with a little extra cash and some treasures for your loved ones. Highly recommend — 5 out of 5, no question! 🤙

Received excellent customer service today. Interacted with three staff members at different times. Each staff member was professional and helpful. The used books I purchased looked new. They carry used books, music, movies, manga, cute collectibles, video games.

Pretty good experience here! They have a relatively nice selection of used books. Lots of collectibles and whatnot as well! Prices don’t seem too bad. Staff was friendly.

The prices here are ridiculous. Make sure you take your phone to scan for better prices cause a lot of their used movies are either retail priced or higher than online. A movie I found on Amazon was $12 at this store its $24.99 used. They also dont price match and have the nerve to call themselves a thrift store

Fist off calling this a bookstore would be a gross oversimplification of reality. This place is paradise for nerds of several kinds. They have a huge anime section, tons of retro gaming stuff, movies, music and more.
