I recently attended the release party for Onyx Storm at Blue Apple Books, and it was an incredible experience! The event was impeccably organized, with a wide range of engaging activities that kept everyone entertained and themed merchandise that could only be bought here. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing assistance, answering questions, and making sure everyone felt welcome. There was a great atmosphere throughout, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making this a memorable occasion for fans. Highly recommend this bookstore for their attention to detail and commitment to creating a fun, enjoyable event!
I absolutely love coming in here everytime I’m near downtown Madison. Great selection of books, plus it’s quiet and cozy. Everyone who works here is also incredibly kind!
Stumbled excitedly into this store after church. I located a book I really wanted. The atmosphere was welcoming at first, until I touched a series of books (Divergent series). The lady came from behind the register charging towards me, stood near me without saying anything. Passed up other customers that walked in before and after me. I then turned to her and she asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for the price but I found it. She tried to tell me how to find the price after I told her that I've already found it. She went back to the area near the register staring at me. I felt uncomfortable, so I left the store without purchasing any books. Would love to give this store another chance but I'm a little dissatisfied with the staff unwarranted attention.
This is a great bookstore. They have a great selection. They have a huge selection of fiction, banned books, and then local artist. The staff was very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.
Stumbled upon this gem while wandering around Main Street Madison, AL. The owner is so friendly and offers a wonderful variety of books and fun add ons. It would be a great place to host a small book club. I highly recommend taking the time to check out Blue Apple Books!
