I visited this store to purchase a gift card for a friend and had a very disappointing experience. Upon paying, I asked an employee about whether the gift card had been properly activated, since it was intended as a gift and I wanted to make sure everything was correct. Unfortunately, the response I received was simply “I don’t know,” with no effort to check the system/receipt or assist further??nnI understand that not every employee may have all the answers immediately, but zero willingness to help or direct customers is simply unacceptable. This bad attitude made what should have been a quick, easy purchase frustrating.
other employees very helpful, except Debbie
Conveniently located on the first floor with a small selection of Michigan gear available for purchase!
Update your site, it says your open Friday until 2pm.
Very helpful employees.
