We shop at many Barnes and noble locations but this one wasn’t ideal. The setup for this store feels chaotic. When we walked in with the kids we were first looking just to see if there were any pokemon cards and to the left of the cashiers desk was a shelf with some cards on it that you wouldn’t be able to see unless you were next to the cashiers desk. When we went to approach the shelf we were immediately “scolded” for being “behind the desk” when the shelf is to the left of the cashiers desk and easily accessible. There is no other way to view this product otherwise. The woman then asked what we were looking for but we would have liked to view the products on our own without guidance needed. This wasn’t a great start to our shopping. As we made our way around the store it was very apparent that space IS a concern in this location as everything seems to be cluttered due to lack of space. There was a really nice young gentleman that asked if we needed help while we were shopping, but we found it difficult to navigate and left shortly thereafter. To be honest we may have made a purchase or two if we had initially felt welcome in the store, but I think the initial introduction soured our experience.

I was looking for a black lab stuffed animal for my Grandfather with dementia. Barnes and Noble said they had one online so I went in person. When I couldn't find one on the shelf I asked a staff member for help and she spent about 10 minutes searching their back room for him.nI didn't catch her name, but I appreciate her so much.nThank you!!

Stopped in for some books for Mother’s Day. The gentleman running the store was amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly. Helpful and kind. 10/10 human. 10/10 experience.

Can't go wrong with Barnes and Noble. You know what you are going to see and that's a good thing. I just wish the movies and music area was with more space and variety
