Store was well organized, staff were friendly, and clean bathrooms!
Love the store itself, however the employee working (brown hair, bigger, glasses) was so rude when I went in to ask her if they had nee dohs. Now, I understand it’s a very annoying, repetitive question these days, however my exact wording was “Im sorry, I know this is probably an annoying question but do you guys have nee dohs here?” she didn’t stop walking to talk to me at all or even look at me- and her tone was extremely rude, with the only word she said to me being “No” while her back was turned to me. I said thank you, and she didn’t acknowledge me. It takes no effort to be kind.
I'm a book girly, I can always find something at Barnes & Noble! The staff here are also very friendly and helpful.
What an amazing B&N location!nThe gentleman who helped us check out, went above & beyond, took trouble to enter my email address for rewards, and went to other stations to find a copy of the reading challenge, absolutely amazing staff!!!
Great selection of books, games, toys, and collectibles… never know what you'll find during each visit! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
