We come here every year during Christmas and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. They have a great selection of books and we were able to find a present for everyone in the family. The Starbucks staff are also quick and friendly!

Smallish compared to Barnes and Noble stores that I'm used to.nnThis isn't necessarily a bad thing. I saw lots of families enjoying their love of books together. They seemed like regulars.nnIt's quiet and clean here with an reasonable stock of books and other items.

I love this store and I love my books, I’m a book girly through and through but there is one specific worker here that I cannot seem to stand. My best friend and I come here multiple times a week and purchase books that we read together. This worker is named Robert. Robert has never ONCE offered my best friend or I a bag, even when we’re buying multiple items. We’ve heard him offer bags to other men checking out and as soon as we go up to the register he stacks all of our items on top of each other never offering a bag. Today he did the same thing he always does, but the mother and daughter behind me checking out went to him and the daughter had multiple items and wasn’t offered a bag either; when we were walking out of the store behind the mother and daughter we overhead the mother say to her daughter, “I thought you get bags for multiple items?” It’s just very rude and it’s only this specific worker that acts as if the bags come out of his paycheck. He has sighed as he walks past my best friend and I while making eye contact and believe me he knows who we are with how much we come here and purchase items weekly. It’s very disrespectful and no customer service like.

Book advisors are friendly plus there is a coffee house there too with skilled baristas.

The best place to get books in Port Huron. I recently purchased a membership for the year to meet my New Year's resolution of a book a month. The membership is $25 for the year and you get 10% off all your purchases and 15% off your first purchase in store. Every time I come in they have updated their new books and the staff leaves reviews on the shelves of books they have read which is a nice way to get some feedback before making a purchase. This Barnes & Noble also has a Starbucks Cafe in it that carries a good variety of treats and coffees that come standard in most Starbucks restaurants. Pro tip – check your receipt after your book purchase and quite often you will get a discount for a cookie purchase for the Starbucks within their store.
