I visited this location for the first time yesterday. Smaller location, but still very nice. More sitting areas would've been sufficient, but I'm more concerned about keeping bookstores alive and relevant. My reasoning for the 3 star review. I didn't think the staff was all that welcoming. I did converse with one or two of the B&N 's staff. One was very pleasant. Everyone else wasn't as inviting. My visit to the Menlo location earlier in the week was a different experience. Their staff was very open and welcoming. Super duper pleasant. I guess it all depends on the individual, but with a job such as this, people should be warm and inviting….👍🏾🫶🏽😎
This is a great 👍 books 📚👏 store 🏬 they have sections for magazines, history, drama, romance 💒, picture 🖼️ books, autobiography, fiction etc. They have a dedicated section for kids named as Barnes and noble junior. They have weekly story reading sessions. They also have mini star bucks inside it. They also have few chairs where you can sit and read few pages of a book. They also have stationary like notebooks, premium diaries, pens, chocolates, folders etc. See pics and videos for more details. Lot of parking and EV charging are present around. Thanks 😊👍
I had a wonderful experience at Barnes & Noble in East Brunswick, NJ. The store is spacious, well-organized, and offers a great selection of books across various genres. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I especially enjoyed browsing through their extensive collection of new releases and bestsellers. The cafe area was cozy and perfect for grabbing a STARBUCKS coffee and reading. Overall, a fantastic bookstore with a welcoming atmosphere.
A classic B&N with a super friendly cafe staff and a bustling bunch of readers. Great selection of recent titles and thematic, seasonal shelves. Plenty of parking.
the cafe employees are wonderful and friendly, but the retail employees not so much.nni wholeheartedly agree with a previous review written by naim. don’t go here unless you want to be met with the lowest level of customer service and condescending behavior. the employees (except for 3) are unwelcoming, passive aggressive, and seem to have a history of profiling customers in the media section.nnby the way, there is probably one outlet throughout the whole store, so don’t even think about trying to charge your laptop there.nnit’s a good thing i live far enough from this place that i won’t have to return.
