Some advice to the new B&N: change your bookshelves to be perpendicular to the windows, not parallel, so that the beautiful daylight and windows which you spent so much time and money renovating can actually be seen throughout the store. Better yet, organize cozy seating areas there as well. The way you’ve done it is the strangest blunder I’ve ever seen. There is no daylight in the store. All the beautiful glass, the beautiful view, and natural light are completely destroyed by large bookcases right up against the windows, and there was no reason to do this. Redesign please, otherwise I’ll never go back, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one.

Reopened location looks great, feels a lot more spacious than I expected, and has all the same book sections and selections as before! I think they did a great job with the space, and there’s plenty of benches and comfy nooks to sit in with a new book. So glad it’s back 😊 staff were great and efficient, too! Use indoor escalator/elevator, parking garage, or outside stairs to access the upper floor location.

Always love stopping in Barnes & Noble to browse their shelves of books, vinyls, cds and grab a drink at the in-store Starbucks.nnThis location offers incredible sales across the store. From non-fiction to sci-fi to mystery to romance, there's truly something for everyone at Barnes & Noble.nnParking is limited in this area. There is underground parking under the plaza but this location is best accessed by foot or Metro Bus.

Lived around the corner when it opened, decades ago! Plan to visit in 2026! Looking forward to the all new B&N vibe (2026 ??). Arlington/DC and NoVa are vacation destinations for me. Love it!

Just dropped by this location after its grand “re-opening” and it’s phenomenal! I felt like a kid in a toy store – so many amazing sections to check out and the staff are wonderful and kind.
