Barnes & Noble

Welcome to Farragut!! We are so thrilled you have a place near us to buy our books. This Barnes and Noble is WOW!! It is very welcoming. It's bright and well organized. The Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was searching for a book, and could not find it on the shelves, so they gave me a few options. To call ahead and have it pulled at the other location in town or order it online. The great things about this is they did the research for me, and did not let me leave without other alternatives.

First, the staff was amazing. They were kind, welcoming and helpful. I wish I knew the name of the person who I checked out with because he was great. My issue is with the layout and the amount of books. The sci-fi fantasy section is miniscule, which was disappointing for me as a fantasy reader. There seems to be more merchandise than there is books, and it is laid out in such an odd way. I appreciate the pretty shelves but the layout leaves a lot to be desired.

The store is very nice with a good sized cafe area. Bustling with people since it just opened. Super nice staff even escorted me to find the restroom. I would give 5 stars but the restroom was a disappointment. Just too basic for a B&N. But overall great experience and well done store!

Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! They made returning books I had purchased online very easy. I believe the associate's name was Kerringsly but I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly.

Great book store. I especially like their religion and history section. Usually have titles I don't see in other bookstores. Will gladly return.
