Great atmosphere. Got to update a manga collection thanks to the place. Only unfortunate thing is that we're missing a series I wanted to continue. Everything else was nice and I would've bought more books if I had the time!
The staff here is amazing. I couldn't find a manga comic book for my partner and she described where to go. I couldn't find it and asked the person upstairs and he said there were none. She was behind the corner at this point, I went to check out with what I had and she generously offered to show me and look herself. She found them right away (I don't know how I missed them) or she's just magic. Then proceeded to check me out. It was a very busy day so I appreciated her helping me find that gift. She was the nicest girl. This is the woodland mall location.
If you haven't been in a real bookstore lately, you need to go. The holidays are coming up and they have so many great options including games puzzles leather bound notebooks and journals. Maybe I'm a nerd but this is never a bad place to end a family date.
Wonderful cashier we had. She made sure my daughter had secured her money, told her she didnt need to Rush, and made sure she had everything before she left the register. It was a wild day, especially with thr 25% entire store but every employee was kind, helpful, and made sure every single guest had a safe experience
