CSHR: 7158 was absolutely inconsiderate. We patiently waited in line to make a purchase, only to find that the cashier was engrossed in her phone for at least five minutes before finally deciding to assist us.nnIt seems that customer service has become a thing of the past. Why not implement a self-checkout option like other stores? We’re more than willing to drive the additional 10 minutes to the Blackstone location, as the employees there are much more helpful.
Had a great experience shopping here! The employee was able to find a specific book for a gift! Very friendly and helpful!
They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The service was second to none and he found the book for me within one minute that I was looking for. Good job Barnes and noble!

Definitely more of a “Barnes & Noble lite” than a standalone store. The book selection is extremely small and there was no AC the day I went. I genuinely question whether was the point of adding one to Fashion Fair, but I feel like it would do so much better if it moved to where the Michael Kors store was previously located. There’s honestly just not enough space.nnStaff were helpful and quick.
