Male employee was borderline hateful. Treated me as if I was interrupting and bothering him. His demeanor was, I wanna be anywhere but here. It was intense rudeness. I will never, Never, NEVER-EVER go back. A friend that is shy asked that I stop and purchase an item for them. Never-ever again. Also the building reeked of cigarette smoke, heavy stench that takes your breath away. Ugh…if my lady friend needs something from this “place“ again then she had better get over her shyness or ask someone else to get things for her. The place felt nasty, smelled reeked of nasty and the male employee had a nasty customer service attitude. Horrible place. This is just my opinion based on my personal experience. My opinion has no value. My opinion is just like smoke in the wind on a windy day, here and then gone. Please form your own opinion.

I check out Ball when I'm in Billings. I've found some of the BIGGEST cowboy fun ever. Great place to get/give a good release.

This place is gross! Smells like smoke. It’s also a great place to lose your family, when you decide to make poor decisions. Like trying to be a d/l. I’m normally enjoy places like this however I’m his ones pretty knarley.

Always enjoy my time spent at Ball Books. The arcade is my favorite in town, though it'd be nice if it was pay by the hour or day, instead of the $3 token purchase required to enter. But hey, it is what it is.
