A Wicked Read

Loved this Book Store from the moment I walked in it was a warm welcome feeling! They have such an amazing selection of books new and used! Prices are very reasonable. I love that they offer other items such as stickers, candles from other local small businesses!! The ladies that worked their our so informative ams helpful. The owner is super nice her love for books and the community shines through. I left feeling that I had a new friend. I will be visiting this beauty of a book store over and over.

I made a trip out to Canton today since I was looking for a good, local bookstore. I think I found it at A Wicked Read. The store has floor-to-ceiling shelves full of both fiction and non-fiction reads. Everything was sorted well and I was happy with the selection. They also have a large selection of bookmarks as well! I’m obsessed with bookmarks, so that’s such a plus! Also worth noting that the staff members were very kind. I had some trouble opening the door (it’s heavy, y’all) and they opened it up for me while welcoming me in. They all chatted a bit, asked what I was looking for, and put me right at ease. I do get a little anxious at any new place, so I really do appreciate being seen and assisted in such a kind way. There was also a lil pup named Olaf who was walking around too. He was so sweet! I love bookstore pets! I did purchase a book and after looking for a bit, their prices are comparable to other local stores and very reasonable. Either way, I love supporting local businesses especially those that are welcoming and kind, so I’d gladly pay a few dollars more if needed! Overall, a cute and quaint little shop with good prices and good selection. I’ll be going back!

This place is so cool and there are so many books. I could look for hours. The cashier was helpful in finding a book in their alphabetically organized system! There have a all genres and a children's section in the back.

What a cool, local book store. Books all the way to the ceiling. They even had a super cute “Halloween” themed nook above the children’s section. Great variety of new and used books. Grab a new read from here.

BOOK HEAVEN This place is the BEST!!! I'm a bookoholic, and this is by far the most amazing book shop I've ever been in!! The smell of old books when you first open the door is heaven, as are the floor to ceiling shelves crammed full, and the vintage rolling ladder. They have everything from the latest and greatest books (or can order them for you) to the old and rare collectors. Anything you want/need they have or can get. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Can't wait to go back!
