2nd & Charles

How did we not know this place existed?nn2nd & Charles might be one of the coolest stores we’ve stumbled into in a long time. It feels like a bookstore, a vintage media shop, a collectible store, and a treasure hunt all mashed together in the best way possible.nnVinyl. Video games. Manga. Movies. Funko Pops. Books everywhere. Random nostalgic finds around every corner. Our whole family walked in thinking we’d browse for a few minutes and somehow lost hours in there.nnIt honestly feels like an elevated thrift or consignment version of a bookstore and we were shocked to find out it’s owned by Books A Million.nnThe staff was super kind and attentive too which made the whole experience even better.nnIf you love books, collectibles, nostalgia, or just discovering weird cool stuff, this place is dangerous in the best way 😂

Great selection of books NEW AND USED! Cute trinkets / stuffed animals / squeaky chicken / very nice bathroomsnnBig kid section and all adult areas you'd need! Also kid toys section!

It was a awesome bookstore which also has games, music and movies.nnI will be coming back here as often as I can to support this business.

Went to buy a board game used here- we got Mario world Monopoly- when we got home my son opened the game only to find out it was all in Spanish!nnI don’t go to a store in America and buy a board game thinking that the entire thing is going to be in another language. If you’re going to sell classic American board games in other languages- have a separate section and label it clearly that these books/games are in a different language than English. Don’t just sell them mixed in with all the other games- it was not obvious from the packaging either.nnOn top of that they don’t allow store refunds-they allow for a store credit, so now I have to find a reason to spend more money at this store —-very well played second and Charles. Thanks for the scam!nnAlso, something to note -their board games that are “new” are more expensive than what you would buy at Walmart or another store new.

this is a nerd’s dream. there’s books for cheap and vinyls and dvds and cds and random other stuff. absolutely awesome. could’ve spent hours in here. will note that the stickers on the books are the annoying ones that don’t come off easily. other then that i loved it so much.
