Tons of books and definitely a place for everyone. Something for everyone! The cafe has Starbucks and the bakery has a delicious selection. The staff is present and available to help you if you need it. Definitely a great experience and look forward to getting more books.
First time at this barns and nobles and I loved the experience! Was looking for a particular book that Is very popular right now and was sold out in store but they were happy to ship it to me with ease! Dani is super friendly and all around a lovely person and made our experience ever better! 10/10 will definitely be back!
As always, I certainly enjoy all the books that can be selected from along with the many journals and stationary items. When checking out, Dani certainly left my partner and good friend laughing all the way to the car! Excellent customer service, will be visiting again soon!
$20 for a paperback is insanity. I have no idea how a place like this stays in business. I recently bought a hardcover book because I wanted to support the author and buy it brand new. I paid $16. And that was after 30% off and a $5 coupon!!! If you PAY for their membership you get an additional al 10% off. If you spend $400 over the next year you will recoup your membership price.
First and last time in this location. We were looking dor the Dog man collection, got the ones that we are missing and found that they have them in spanish. As a bilingual mom I was thrilled so we got one of each. At the register the cashier said this one is in spanish and throws the book on the counter, and I said yes, it is and gave it back to her. She asked if I needed a bag and I said no thank you. My mom wanted to purchase some toys I helped her as she doesn't speak English. This cashier was not only rude but had the audacity to show dislike just because we speak another language. This really skinny old lady should stay at home instead of discriminating people on customer service. It is a beautiful location but I definitely wont be back due to this horrible experience.
