This was my first time visiting this Barnes & Noble location, and I had such a great experience! The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and perfect for getting lost in a good book. I will say, staff felt incredibly spars outside of the cashiers.nBut-Everything was well-organized, and the selection was amazing, with so many options to explore. I especially loved the café area—grabbing a coffee while browsing made the whole visit feel like a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the day.nFor a first visit, I was really pleased and I’ll definitely be back. Barnes & Noble just has a way of making you want to stay awhile!
This is my secondary B&N location to pick up my online book orders. I generally buy books by Black and POC authors, and they stay stocked with exclusive copies!nnStaff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Tip: know your book genres that you prefer to find your favorite authors. Ask if you can’t find what you’re looking for. I always get great parking too, since it’s in a strip mall, as opposed to a regular mall.nnHope this helps!! Happy reading. Reading is fundamental, self-care, and can be a form of activism.
Enjoyed my time. Very nice cafe near the front of the store where you can relax. Wide selection of books. I was able to find what I was looking for and bought additional books I wasn't looking for. Overall a great visit and I will go back again.
The staff in here are always ignorant. You’re in the customer service business. Smiling wouldn’t kill you, being nice should go without saying and when I ask “how are you?” (you say fine and don’t ask back), or after you check out my books and I say “have a good night”, a simple “thank you, you too” instead of “thanks” would suffice. By the way, it’s common courtesy to ask the customer if they would like a bag. I shouldn’t have to ask for one and then get a look in return like I’m bothering you.
Gorgeous store!! Had a great time with my little one! The cashier (Josh) found him the last copy of Library Lion!! He also offered me the rewards card which I now have; can’t WAIT to return soon! Ty so much Josh!!!
