The Pink Boutique has been a participating vendor from black Friday and every weekend leading up to Christmas. We have showcased our Massive Snow Globe with instantly printed 4×6 family photo's for $8. We are so thankful to our customers and the Rivertown Crossing Mall.

I’m not normally one to write reviews but I had a terrible experience with a cashier named Hannah. She wouldn’t let me use a $5 reward because it is my mom’s account. My mom literally lets me use her rewards. She even gave me the free bag from when she renewed it. So when she asked me if it was my account should I have said yes and lied? What was next would she have asked for ID? Personally I did not feel taken care of as a customer by her. I’ve literally never had this happen and my mom and I have shared a membership for years. What happened to taking care of the customer? Seems like a weird thing for her to deny a $5 voucher which I earned by spending $100.

Nice, clean, warm-feeling B&N with a good selection of literature and writing paraphernalia. I was looking for dipping pen ink but they didn't have it aside from in pen sets. That's ok though–probably not too many people looking for that.

We love Barnes and Noble. Always a great selection! Some prices are high but I'm a thrifter so maybe that's why I have sticker shock when I shop there.

There is a lot of snow on the ground currently so parking in the second floor parking lot is prohibited. Store was clean but their bargain books area isn't as large as most other B&N stores.
